APARTMENTS

The luxury apartments are a well-kept secret: an exceptional atmosphere, a pleasant quiet location right on the lake, and yet very close to the village centre. The apartments are furnished in an elegant and contemporary style, well-equipped for convenience. They have been designed with great attention to detail, the colours carefully chosen to match the surrounding nature, the beautiful lake and the enchanting mountain scenery.

The two generously equipped apartments (95m² each) with 4-star comfort, are each well suited for 4 persons and include a private beach as well as a small ski storage with ski boot heating. One of the apartments (95m²) has a sun terrace with fantastic panoramic views of the lake, the Aussee mountains as well as the Dachstein massif.

As well, you can access the popular panoramic trail around the lake directly from the building.

FEATURES:

Each of the new luxury apartments has two bedrooms (one with a safe), a lovingly furnished living room with stunning views over the lake right to the Dachstein massif, satellite flat screen TV, radio with CD player, a typical Aussee-type veranda, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc. The bathrooms are equipped with a heated towel rail, hairdryer, mirror, bathtub, bidet and walk-in shower; the lavatory is separate. You can reach the beach house by lift, as well as ski storage (exclusively for our guests).
